Feedback - Amanda

I arrived for my appointment last friday 3/10/23 at a little before 8am for my appt at 8am. the provider was not there yet as I was told by the front. she eventually arrived 15 minutes past my appointment start time and walked into the room without introducing herself. I later found out that she was from the Rockville office – Jasseth Taylor-Palmer – Nurse practioner. she asked me several questions about my last allergy testing and I said I didn’t have the exact date but that it would be in my records since I’d been with the practice the past 15 or so years. she said she was from the rockville office and could not access any of my medical records and was typing on a word document. which seemed completely useless if she literally could not view any of my records. she listened to my lungs but that was it. It was not a productive appointment whatsoever and I left feeling that nothing had been accomplished. I was a patient of dr.simpsons for 15 years before he retired and this is for sure not the level of care that I have been accustomed to.
