I truely hate to have to send negative feedback but our visit today was beyond frustrating so I feel that I need to do that you may be able to help others to not have the same issues as us.
We arrived 15 min early for appt. As sim. As we were in the room, we were told that the medication that we brought (from the rx given by your office) was not right and that we would have to go get a new one or reschedule. I do not know why you did not write the rx for liquid if that is what is required for the test. So I was made to go to the pharmacy and pay for another prescription and put our appt 45 min late.
We were told that this appt was to be 2 hours, which is what I planned with the school. When we finally did get started, the test was over 3 hours long, which really stressed my daughter due to additional missed class time that was not approved.
We were made to split the last dose, even though she was non reactive and doing fine, against our expressed wishes. We were also made to wait an additional half hour.
I do not feel that proper expectations were set and mistakes were obviously made that cost us additional time and money. This does not seem to be care that is what we would desire. We are leaving this appointment very very frustrated.
