I came to the clinic January 17 for a scheduled follow up with the doctor. At check in I was told the appointment had been canceled because the doctor no longer worked there. I was told I should’ve received a phone call to inform me — but I never was contacted about that. Instead, I got an automated phone call on the preceding business day, to remind me about the scheduled appointment, which asked me to press 1 to confirm the appointment (I did). This is unacceptable and it’s a big waste of my time. Please ensure this never happens again.
