I absolutely love the doctors and the office, including the front desk ladies. The doctors are so knowledgeable and caring. And I am a longtime patient. I do miss the original staff.
However, it took more than 2 months to finally get my new serum vials. I came back twice to get my shots thinking they just forgot to call me. But both times they said the lab was running behind. I had to make an appointment with Dr. MacFarland in order to get it straightened out. To find out the lab never received my order. Today, my vials had to be diluted in the office to be able to give me my shots. So that adds another 2 rounds of shots before I get to maintenance. This has never happened to me at this office before/ever.
I hope the office can do better troubleshooting when issues like this occur to mitigate the time folks are without shots. This has been very frustrating. (And someone else in the waiting room is now having the same issue)
Again, I love Dr. Simpson and Dr. McFarland.
I really hope you can fix the issues with timing. I also was here for almost 1/2 hour before being called for my shots; understanding that when finally called my serum had to be diluted. Very surprising!
