This feedback is NOT about the service we receive from the staff at the office! This is about unexpected office closures *and* the underutilization of the website & text messaging platforms. I understand that closures can and do happen, but it’s frustrating that my current alternative is to call before leaving to check if the office is open or not. I’m happy to sign up for text alerts/notifications letting me know that the office is closed!
Previously, the Springfield office was closed on Fridays. We are on a biweekly allergy shot schedule, so we do not always come into the building regularly. If there is an office closure on a Thursday and we come to find out the office is closed, we have wasted our time and we are off-schedule for shots. Please use your platforms!
