The level of incompetency is beyond undertanding! I was shecduled for an appointment for my toddler during hours the office is closed. Got there after taking time off from work, and my son’s school to get there for an appoinmrnt at 9am, when the office only opened at 10am. I can’t comprehend the level of disrespect I just experienced. If you are a parent of small children, you know the logistics to take them anywhere. Then to get to an appointment scheduled by the front desk when the office was actually closed, is infuriating!
The same way we need to pay a fee if we cancel last minute or don’t show to an appointment, I want to be reimbursed for my time and unecessary stress! I demand an apology!!
