Please answer the phones. I have been trying to cancel my appointment for two days, multiple phone calls. I’ve gotten text messages reminding me about the appointment, with a number to call to cancel. However, no one answers the phone. I think it’s dishonest to not have anyone answer so that I can cancel my appointment and then be charged $50 for not cancelling. My services was top notch but having no way of reaching anyone is not customer friendly. Pikesville, MD location.
