Feedback - Chase

Perform allergy tests properly and accurately. The woman performing the test had to fix mistakes 3 separate times because she couldn’t count and kept missing numbers. I’m very skeptical about the accuracy of the test after this. The bill for two office visits, with one of them being the allergy test, ended up being over $1600, which is insane. Had I known this, I would’ve forgone the whole process. I called the Allergist’s office and the billing office about reducing the charges and they said they could possibly do a payment plan. They said they would check with someone in management and call me back, but I never received a call or anything else. I was about to be sent to collections so I couldn’t wait any longer and had to pay the bill. I’m never coming back to Premier Allergist and will do everything I can to make sure others don’t either.
