Your team calls me on Tuesday to tell me my syrum has arrived and I let them know I’ll be coming at the end of the week to get my shot. I’m come here Thursday to find it closed Thur-Mon. Like what’s that about? You can’t let me know on the phone you’re going to be closed or is someone sick through Monday unexpectantly. This stuff happens a lot at this office the last 18 months. What’s good with that?
