Feedback - Connie

I have been trying to get my son’s medical records for nine months. For most of that time, no one responded to me. On 6/13 I finally received a voicemail claiming that the records were mailed but that the office did not use proper postage and it was returned. The message stated that they would apply postage and mail the records. It is 7/3 and I still do not have the records requested back in Jan which is a violation of the law.
