I have still not received my son’s medical record, first requested in Jan. I received. voicemail message from Crystal in the Annapolis office on June 13 that she had tried to finally mail the record to me but didn’t put postage on it and it was returned. I have still not received the records. It is a violation of state regulations for this request to not be completed, as state law requires medical records to be provided within 21 days of the request. I have reported this to the medical board and will make another report if I do not have the records by the end of the week.
