Feedback - Daphne

The doctors are great. I called the Towson location to see if I could get a prescription that I had turned down from the doctor a few months ago. Instead of listening to me when I told the receptionist that I was not seen in Bel Air she just transferred me. I had orginally had a second appointment scheduled in Belair but cancelled it because I didn’t feel it was necessary. She could have taken one extra minute and believed me when I said I was not seen in Belair instead of just transferring me. Thanks!
