Terrible service the date of receiving services – was not fully informed of offices policies and pricing. Nurse administering shots was completely incompetent. Addressed billing issues in November of 2019 after dealing with unresponsive management. Then notified by accounting department in Jan/Feb of 2021 that I was being sent to collections. After 5+ conversations with accounting and Thelma, I received a call from collections. I had been waiting for Thelma (office manager) to hear next steps regarding a conversation with their leadership and/or to receive their offer of resolution in writing. The lack of communication and response is the perfect example of the incompetency of this organization.
