First of all, here’s what happened:
My child had a red rash all the body and we wanted to find out if it is caused by any allergy. I called the office and told the reception that this is happening to my child from TWO DAYS AGO. The reception said we should come visit ASAP and made an appointment for next day. When we visited the office, we were told by the doctor, we should come back after two weeks in order to exam the cause since it is only been Three days. I asked why your reception tell us so and set a proper appointment and only I got was SORRY. Now, I receive a bill for $186 for NOTHING. When I trying to resolve this issue, they either put me on hold and change it voice mail. I left them few calls but not getting any response
