They were absolutely no help in working to get my son’s final form signed for school. I was told no one could sign a form over the next week because the doctor was on vacation. Claudia (office/nurse manager?) said she had no suggestions for me. She asked why I waited so long and was completely unhelpful. Second time a doctor has been away and no one else seems to be able to fill in in an emergency. For a huge practice with so many doctors this is unacceptable. I even was going to make an appointment to get the form signed and I was told that they wouldn’t be able to sign it in a 30 minute appointment. Very disappointed with the administration and front office despite good doctors.
