While I am confident about the medical care I will receive at this office, I find disorganization and insufficient communication affect my experience. I arrived for what I believed was a short visit to begin allergy treatments only to find out after meeting with a nurse that the process was a 1.5-hour commitment (cluster shots of three shots separated by 30 minutes of observation). On another occasion, I arrived for this set of three shots only to learn that they hadn’t been prepared and I would have to return another day for the 1.5-hour commitment. The breakdown in communication seems to affect everyone from the physician to the front desk. Overall I find the staff to be friendly, helpful, and ready to take care of me. My confidence in my allergy treatment experience is definitely negatively affected by the communication and preparation lapses by the team.
