Feedback - Heba

The staff is not very professional or friendly, sometimes they’re even rude. They are often on their phones or talking with one another and will make you wait until they’re done with their conversation before addressing you. The wait time is long for shots just because the staff works at their pace and doesn’t respect the patient’s time. I think this is problem that should be addressed from the top down. Overall very poor customer service but I continue to come here because of the flexible hours.
