Dr. Okocha is great, and the staff at the DuPont and Arlington locations are awesome. However, the call center is kind of crap. They’ll say they called you or left a message, but there’s never any record of the call or messages on my phone. It’s super inconvenient when you’ve ordered new serum and then don’t hear from them for two weeks. I don’t know if y’all are using outdated technology or it’s an outside contractor. But it’s not great for patient communication.
