I started with Permier Allergist in June. Since that time I have had 3 very frustrating visits.
Furstrating Visit #1
The first one that was a problem was when I arrived 15 minutes late for my appointment to get a shot. The front desk said that they could not fit me in. That was very dissapointing. That was the only time I have been late. I was going on vacation the following week. So because I was late and they would not fit be in I had to go back a step in my shot regiment when I returned for my next shots.
Frustrating Visit #2
I arrived on time for my shots and checked in at the desk. I then sat in a chair for about 35 minutes. When the office almost completely cleared out I wondered if they forgot me. I stepped back up to the desk, and yes, they had forgotten about me. They apologized and I understood it was a mistake. However, it seems that I am expected to be willing to give up my time and graciously work with your team when they forget that I am sitting there. But when I am 15 minutes late for an appointment they are not willing to help me out to keep me on track with my shot regiment? That is not very good customer service.
Frustrating Visit #3
I had an appointment scheduled for 8am on Friday. However, I realized that I could not make that time. So on Thursday I called and asked to reschedule the appointment. The person who took my call cancelled my 8am and said that she rescheduled me for 3:45pm. I showed up at 3:45pm and was told that they to do not do any shots passed 3:30pm. I explained to them what the person who took may call had told me. They looked up my records and said that they could see that my 8am was cancelled but there was no record of a 3:45pm shot appointment. They apologized and said there was nothing they could do. So once again, I am expected to be understanding and am left with the short end of the stick.
I see a pattern with the way you treat your patience. If any goes wrong it is the patient who will need to deal with the problems. It does not seem that your staff is eager to help me so that I can stay on schedule with my shots and make my appointments. I would like to talk with someone to know if there is anything that can be done to change this.
