Feedback - Julie

I have delayed providing feedback to give benefit of the doubt, however today is a last straw. The office staff here are not very caring and appear to be lazy. Lazy so much that mistakes are made. There is no sense of urgency in anyone. Waiting times are forever and never appears to be much else going on. Today I was given the wrong vile of allergy shots. This is unacceptable. The only reason I continue to come here is out of convenience to continue receiving my allergy shots.
