I had a pleasant experience with Jessica, however, the patient care I received from the intake nurse as well as the nurse on call was terrible. By the intake nurse, I was told that I should have stopped taking Zyrtec although I was in the middle of having an allergic reaction and she did not think the doctor/nurse practitioner would be able to provide me with any medication. Following my appointment, I called the office to determine the status of one of my prescriptions and to see if I could get a new steroid cream as I had a negative reaction to the one prescribed. The nurse on call informed me he would call me back by the end of the day – I never heard back from him. I will not be returning to Premier Allergist with this level of poor patient care.
