At 12/07/2022, I arrived at 2pm. My appointment is at 2:30pm. The door was locked. I tried calling the Glenn Dale office while outside the door, but no one answered. I called the Premier Allergist company itself, and they confirmed that they’re supposed to be open, but when she tried to call, she couldn’t get anyone to answer as well. 20 minutes later, the receptionist showed up and opened the door. When I entered, there are people working in the clinic. I almost had to pay a “No Show Fee”, because the people there forgot to unlock the door for patients. The staff needs to be better trained.
