Feedback - Margaret

I have experienced incompetence, arrogance, inaccurate information from the staff this coupled with the failure to be able to speak with the Doctor respond forces me to move to another practice. The request to transfer records on March 30th, but fourteen days later nothing has been done. It appears my medical records are being help hostage. When I went to the office to inquire why the delay the staff responsible for that task responsed many people are in front of you. If that is the case, many patients must be fleeing this practice as I would well advise them to do.
