I had no problem at all scheduling my first appointment, which went pretty well.
However, ever since then, y’all never seem to answer the phone. I’ve been trying to cancel an appointment off and on for a few days now and no one picks up. It rings and rings until I get a message that my call cannot be completed at this time. I don’t even have an option to leave a message. It is beyond annoying, because I know I will be charged for not cancelling it even though I am trying to do so.
