I’m out of my prescriptions. I requested refills on March 29. I have called repeatedly to determine why the refill request was not honored. On April 13 I was informed that because I changed prescription drug insurance your office could not refill my prescriptions without an office visit. So now I’m in Texas without my meds. I’m scheduled for my annual appointment in August. Please help me. Your office policy is detrimental to my health.
