Feedback - Melissa

I have made multiple attempts to reach the office manager (Josh)of the Westminster, MD location for 3 days. He called me once and I was unable to take the call because I was in ameeting with my work supervisor. I immediataely returned his call and have now left as least 3-4 messages over the past two days and he must not think it important to repsond to concerns brought to his attention about having a very negattive patient experience with Dr. Ladinsky on 10/31/22. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. The way that Dr. Ladinsky conducted herself/ her methods of practice were bordering on unethical; I suppose I will have to call the MD Medical Licensing Board as a next step if I do not receive a call within the next 24 hours.
