My appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I arrived and office told me dr Bruder doesn’t work that day anymore and that I was called. I never received a message and in fact received a text message a few days earlier to confirm my appointment. The texting needs to be synced with the actual appointment. Incredibly frustrating to waste my time when the office could have been more organized to let me know properly in advance. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth, the secretary was not apologetic and did not seem to understand that people have busy lives and taking off time for an appointment is not easy.
