What can we do better? A: Hire a good manager!
Very frustrated with office hours. On Tuesday, Feb 14, office closed at 4. Website says 4:30. Tomorrow we need to take child on a day that is not usual – that’s ok. But when I call to check office hours, your phone message refers caller to your website for hours. Why would I do that when site was wrong on Tues.
If you’re running a business, set the hours (preferable the same each day) and maintain them.
Falls Church staff have been great. Problems with the practice are management, not staff.
Once we were sent away because shots could not be given, the doctor was away. Management needs a Plan B for emergencies.
We have occasionally needed to go to another office for child’s shots. Staff there did not permit the child (age 6) to sit for his shot.
Did not allow him to distract himself with a ipad. Did not offer to use cold spray for numbing, but complied when requested. In general child was treated as an interruption to the day. It’s a business!
