I loved my allergist— Dr. Okocha but I hated that she was not available to contact via a patient portal or email. I emailed the office and it took them forever to get her to get back to me. She didn’t speak to me directly about my medication. I am now shopping for a new allergist. For an organization as big as yours, you need to have patient portal and make doctors accessible to patients.
