The Pikesville office is SO rude. I would have to email
The front desk at the Towson office to get my medical questions answered. No one would call back. When I filled out my paperwork in the Towson office, the MA stood with me and explained everything EXCEPT that payments for allergy shots were autorenewed every 6 months. I understand you’re responsible when signing, but that was not made clear. When I asked an MA at the Pikesville office if I would receive another $700 bill for allergy shots I was told I would not and that was just the initial payment, even if medicine expired. I had not been at the office since December and the front desk does not answer their phones. When I tried to contest the payment, my husband was given the run around and the person he spoke to was incredibly rude. I work in healthcare and you are the furthest from patient centered. If someone is going to receive a charge for $700 on an automated basis, that should be made clear to the patient. The person we spoke to just kept reiterating that they had my signature. Yes, because I was not correctly informed while signing. It feels like such a money grab. In my practice, if a patient stopped showing up, we would not continue to charge them. I was not provided an email to send my written ending of shots, so here it is. Do not autorenew my shots. And I don’t know which physician I saw in the practice but I needed to select one to write a review. So I’m sure this doctor is fine, but your front desk staff & MA’s need additional training.
