Feedback - Patti

I was scheduled by phone for tomorrow in the Westminster office by Brittany and she called me to say it was double booked and the dr could not see me. I find that this office does not schedule appropriately and that because I have not been to the office in 3 years i am now considered a new patient. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is also not the first time that this has happened.
