Better time management. Your staff just rolls in casually without any masks on. I arrive for my appointment about 10 minutes early every single time and yet I’m still seen 15 minutes after my appointment time. I also go to get my Xolair here and it would be helpful if they mixed it before I came or at least let me give them a heads up 15 minutes before I arrived so they can mix it so I don’t have to wait. It’s ridiculous that I respect their time, but the office doesn’t respect mine.
