My daughter had an appointment on 7/16 at 130pm I was contacted the morning of the appointment to let me know I had to reschedule and she couldn’t be seen. I made the appointment well in advance. I am extremely disappointed in the crappy customer service with the location. Once speaking to a manager she hung up because I cursed which is valid for a parent who had to reschedule her whole day and because of you all’s negligence and lack of communication. There is a policy of $50 cancelation fee so what happens when you all cancel on the patient. I will not be returning to the practice.
