Dr. Simpson is first-rate, the best doctor I have ever met, and this rating is NOT for him.
One of the staff at the Alexandria office was not wearing a mask properly, which is absolutely unacceptable. It was pulled down and not covering the nose and only partially covering the mouth. Signs going into the building say a mask is required. Two signs on the door to the office itself say masks are required. I politely reminded the person that the mask was not on properly. I got a grunt and the person kept on with the behavior. I was willing to put it down to a mistake, but I was polite and I was right and I was ignored.
The staff needs to be accountable to the patients and each other.
