I contacted your offices on 11/19/21 because I needed an appointment as soon as possible. I was given an appointment for 11/22 at 1pm in your Pikesville office (closest to me). I completed online forms and was preparing for a much-needed appointment. On the morning of 11/22, I received a call from the Pikesville office indicating that first, my appointment was for 1:30 and second that “they” made a mistake in scheduling me. There was no appointment available for me. The person I spoke to did not seem very sympathetic to the urgency of my situation. She tried a couple of offices but indicated that the following week would be the earliest available time. Does not help when I am having breathing/coughing issues going into the Thanksgiving holiday. Not only was this BIG mistake unaccpetable but the person’s lack of empathy was what was appalling. I would not consider using Premier in the future.
