This feedback is about the billing office, not the doctor. I am extremely frustrated because I’ve been trying to resolve a billing issue for months. The office forgot to file my serum prescription in November 2022. They did so instead in January 2023. I want them to resubmit the claim for November because it impacts my insurance coverage. I have called the main office and spoken to the billing department many times, but they say they are an answering service and can’t deal with my issue directly so they will pass it along to the billing department. Whenever I come in for my shot the receptionist asks me to pay, and I’ve told her that I am waiting for the billing department to contact me. I finally got a call from someone named Yusra a couple weeks ago, but have been calling back and it goes to voicemail. I’ve left multiple voicemails. At this point, I’m considering changing allergists because this billing issue has been so frustrating. I don’t know where else to contact someone who can help resolve the issue. No one seems to be able to get in touch with your billing department – not the answering service, not the receptionist, not me. And again, this is all because the office forgot to file the request for the serums in November. Please contact me to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
