Feedback - Seriously

I’m not giving you my personal information sorry but, I am highly disappointed that your office has no concern for your immune compromised patients while we are still in the middle of a substantially spreading viral pandemic. I don’t have a choice to avoid treatment but coming into your office to see maskless providers is a severe risk to my health. I now have to choose between treating a life threatening condition or avoiding a life threatening virus. Thanks a lot
