Today 4/9/21 I entered the Woodbridge, VA Premier Allergist clinic at 1:45p and received my shot at 2:10p. A patient named Francis before me also had issues with delay in receiving his injection and I heard him complaining to the receptionist. Our names on the sign in sheet were crossed out when we had not yet been seen. If I didn’t speak up I truly wonder when I would have received my injection? I do not mind waiting 30 mins after receiving my injection however your clinic should also see clients in a timely fashion. Please add time of entry to the client sign in sheet. Also make it clear when the client received a shot and when he/she can leave.
