I am so disappointed in my experience at this location. First of all, the last time I came, the injector painfully jammed the needle into my arm so that my arm was swollen and in pain for 3 weeks. In addition, for the past 4 months, I’ve been told that my allergy shot serum vials were running low so I had to order new ones. I was surprised because I had gotten a year’s supply at my allergist but they continued to tell me that I needed to order more. So I went to the allergist where I normally get my serums and ordered new ones. which isn’t covered by my insurance and totals around $800 with the visit fee. Today I went in with the new serums and it turns out that this office “found” my other two serum vials and I didn’t even need the new vials. So now I am out $800 or absolutely no reason because your staff didn’t check to confirm that I still had more serum. This is so disappointing and was a huge waste of money. I brought it up today and it was shrugged off with a “Well, you can use these later.” This is a ridiculous reason given that the vials do have an expiration date.
