I arrived early, as requested for a 12:15 pm appointment.The assistant took the vitals and then I was left in a room for 45 minutes without hearing a word — no one to explain a delay or anything. Then, the assistant comes in to point out a bunch of highlighted abnormalities already highlighted on the blood work given to me. I can read. But I have a lot of questions at allergy shots — how long, when do they take effect, side effects, will it clear up everything on the CT, should I take other steps to correct issues before the allergy shots, or does it matter, what are the costs, etc. But at that point, after hearing 45 minutes of nothing to see the assistant again and not the doctor without any explanation, I have been given the clear impression that my business isn’t valued and neither is my care. I spent an hour, paid a $30 co-pay, my insurance company is charged who knows what, and all I get is a piece of paper with results from a blood test taken two weeks ago. I don’t take pleasure in giving bad reviews, but this is the worst customer experience of the year. I won’t be back and I won’t engage others too either.
