I have been on allergy shots a long time, and it is a good time to stop. However, I spoke with Dr. Young Park because Dr. Kaiser will not let me continue due to the Metoprolol I am taking. Dr. Park said the epinephrine would work, or I could even stop the Metoprolol for a few days before my injections. Also, I usually have my injections every 4-5 weeks….even 6…and now I’m told I have to come in every 2-3 weeks. Looks like when I start up again, I’ll find another allergist. I asked Dr. Kaiser to verify with Dr. Park’s office with no response. I think Dr. Rosenthal would have been better to talk to about this.
