I’m on my maintenance shots, so I head to the office about every 3 weeks. I’ve had three experiences now in the last 6 months where you all have changed your hours and/or decided not to open on specific days – and I showed up at time when you are closed. I ALWAYS check your website before going in, but the hours on the website have been outdated. I often don’t see the notices in the office because I’m only there every 3 weeks. Please, please, please, please update your hours on the website as soon as your hours change and if possible, send out a mass text communication onto peoples phones (other doctors offices, and pharmacies do this – you could easily do it using Microsoft Power Automate in about 20 minutes). Your staff is super wonderful and I really like Dr. Simpson, but I may need to change offices because the hours changing is just getting to the point where it impacts my job.
