It has been a month since I was told my serum for my allergy shots was ordered. I have no no allergy injections during that time this is not Dr.Lavinsky’s fault. She is a wonderful physician. The organization has a new owner and there are apparently not enough staff to make up the serum fir patients or the organization is having financial problems. I have been lied to by staff other than Dr. Kavinsky who state it always takes a month to get new serum or now the story changed to it was ordered two weeks ago. I am not getting my treatment fir the first time in three years and it never took more than a week to get new serum. If there is a supply problem, it is best to tell the truth instead of lying to patients. I am currently calling other allergists to see if they are having the same problem. Previously staff were courteous and honest. This is a very disappointing development as I highly respect Dr. Kavinsky. Why would I recommend patients come some place where there is no serum and therefore no treatment?
