Feedback - Whitney

The last allergy shot should be at 4:00. I arrived 7 minutes late in rush hour traffic with two screaming young children and my son was refused his shot. I was told in the office “we usually tell people to be here by 4:15 or 4:20 if their shot is scheduled at 4:30”. Not only was I not told that, but if this is so, then make the last appointment for those times. I have no other complaints with the staff or the physicians. But please be more considerate of the efforts made to get to these weekly appointments and provide patients with some flexibility.
