I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the front desk staff at the pikesville location. Ive being seeing Dr. Ladinsky and she is an excellent provider but im contemplating switching practices. Ive called multiple times since October to check the status of. xolair RX that was sent incorrectly initially. Ive worked front desk at a practice and managed multiple practices. I understand provider’s see multiple patients however the incompetance of the front desk staff is reprehensible. I never get a call back and trying to reach the office is akin to calling the president. The office needs to recamp their practices.
